Joseph Di Salvo: Chief Executive Office/President

Mr. Di Salvo is one of the co-founders of Global Medical Transcription LLC in 2001. He received a B.PS. from Empire State College in Health Care Finance. He has over 30 years of health care experience. He has also founded and managed multiple successful small businesses as diverse as a portable radiography to income tax preparation services. In health care has held positions form staff radiographer, to Associate Director of Cardiology. Global Medical Transcription LLC was founded to provide a solution to many quality and the systems integration problems he experienced while working in the health care industry. Global Medical Transcription LLC brings solutions of increased quality, seamless EMR integration while providing cost savings to its health care industry partners.

Gary Lustberg: Executive Vice President, Director of Business Development

Mr. Lustberg has over 20 years experience in the Medical Industry and is responsible for development of new market initiatives, assessing emerging EMR trends, and analyzing business opportunities. He is also accountable for all sales as well as negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and solidifying partner relationships.

For several years, Mr. Lustberg has been active in advanced Healthcare IT initiatives, earning a distinguished track record of success that includes interfacing with almost all Electronic Medical Record Vendors. By identifying and implementing strategic tactics to enhance growth, he has served as a liaison between physicians, their offices and the designing of technologies to better assist their work flow. In bridging these gaps with simple easy to use and efficient systems, GMT has evolved into a company that listens.  Building on 20 years of experience in management, sales, marketing and customer service, Mr. Lustberg continues to build value for all GMT partners.

Monique Smith-Lopez: Director of Client Relations

Ms. Smith-Lopez has over 15 years experience in Medical Records and Medical Transcription. With a unique perspective of having been both a client and an employee of GMT, it gives her the ability to comprehend the specific challenges inherent to all steps in the process from provider dictation to a useable medical document.  This insight has been useful in both the introduction of the GMT software into our partners practice's workflow as well as the optimal day to day use of our services.

Referring doctors need to have the same exam and test results as the specialists. In addition, our speed reduces the chances of unnecessary and duplicate tests.
